Jayme Wood

Jayme Wood is a Certified Enneagram Coach and Integrated Story Work Coach with a master’s degree in Christian Education who helps women and couples understand the deeper motivations influencing their behavior. She especially enjoys working with women who are dating/engaged and married couples who are tired of making promises to change and are ready to explore why familiar patterns keep repeating. Jayme helps clients move beyond identifying what they do so they can understand what drives their reactions and pursue healthier relationships with God, themselves, and others.

Jayme brings warmth, authenticity, and gentle challenge to the coaching process. She creates a safe space where clients can be honest about what they feel and experience being seen without judgment. She feels especially equipped to help people uncover the motivations beneath their behavior, sit with grief and sadness, and recognize that they are loved in the middle of their unfinished stories. In your work together, you can expect honest exploration, meaningful challenge, and soft places to land while navigating the messier parts of life.

Jayme’s path into coaching began with her personal interest in the Enneagram and a desire to understand the motivations beneath her own patterns. Becoming certified proved deeply transformative, both in understanding herself and in walking alongside women as they discovered greater love and acceptance for who God created them to be. As Jayme explored her own story, she recognized how often she had performed simply to be noticed. God met her in that journey and helped her understand what it means to be fully known and loved. That journey now informs the way she helps others examine their own stories and patterns with kindness rather than shame.

Jayme does not see clients as problems to be fixed. She sees each person as a created and cherished child of God whose story deserves to be heard and treated with care. She believes real transformation comes through the work of the Holy Spirit and approaches coaching as humble, collaborative work that creates room for truth, greater awareness, and intentional change.

Jayme is married to her best friend, Randy, and together they have three children: Owens, Murphy Jane, and Maggie. Their family makes its home on a small piece of prairieland with a few chickens and a cat. Outside of coaching, Jayme enjoys Fridays with Randy, time with her family, studying God’s Word with women, and the occasional day with no agenda.
