Meredith Tibbetts, Certified Story Work Coach, BS, RN
Meredith is a registered nurse and Story Work coach who supports moms, parents, and individuals seeking greater health and well-being. Through her years of experience as a school nurse, she developed a deep appreciation for walking alongside students and families during seasons of stress, anxiety, health concerns, and personal growth.
She is especially passionate about working with parents of children with learning differences and those navigating chronic health challenges. Meredith understands the quiet weight many parents carry and the courage it takes to pursue lasting health. Drawing from her experience in both nursing and motherhood, she takes a relational and compassionate approach, helping clients honor their emotions, listen to their bodies, and move forward at a steady, sustainable pace.
Meredith’s own journey through anxiety and healing deeply informs her work. Through safe relationships and honest storytelling, she discovered healthier coping skills, greater emotional awareness, and the peace that comes from being fully known and loved. These experiences shape the way she walks with others - patiently, thoughtfully, and without judgement.
Meredith has been married for 25 years and is the proud mother of two college-aged sons and a teenage daughter. Her Christian faith is central to her life and provides a deep sense of peace and grounding. Outside of coaching, she enjoys cooking, walks with friends, reading, and spending time with her family. As one of eight siblings, she learned early how to embrace a little chaos and find joy in the middle of it.
