Nic Hill is passionate about helping people slow down, share their story, and experience real healing, connection, and transformation. As a Certified Integrated Story Work Coach with a Master's Degree in Biblical Counseling, he integrates biblical truth and story work in a way that feels grounded, relational, and deeply compassionate.

Nic has extensive experience working with individuals and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Whether wrestling with shame, addiction, identity, emotional fatigue, or long-standing survival patterns, clients are invited to explore the deeper layers of their story. Nic’s coaching allows people to move beyond surface-level behavior modification to understand the experiences and beliefs that influence how they relate to God, themselves, and others.

Clients often describe Nic as thoughtful, present, and easy to talk to. He creates an environment where people don’t have to perform, hide, or pretend they have life figured out. Through both his personal journey and years of ministry experience, Nic has learned that lasting transformation happens when people feel safe enough to explore their story, and experience grace, understanding, and freedom.

Nic and his wife, Kate, have been married for 16 years and have four kids. Outside of coaching and ministry, Nic enjoys spending time with family, cooking, watching college football, and creating spaces for meaningful conversations around a fire pit or a shared meal.
