Paula Davis

Certified Integrated Story Work Coach, BBA in Finance and Economics, Certificate of Graduate Studies, Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Biomechanics of Strength Training

Paula Davis is an Integrated Story Work and Leadership coach with more than 25 years of executive leadership experience helping individuals and organizations navigate growth, relationships, and meaningful change. Throughout her career, she has served in leadership roles spanning wealth management, wealth planning, client operations, sales and marketing, and human resources. Her extensive leadership background gives her firsthand insight into the unique challenges leaders face as they balance performance, relationships, personal growth, and the pressures of responsibility.

Paula is passionate about helping people better understand themselves by exploring the stories that have shaped who they are today. Through her own Story Work journey, she discovered how past experiences influence present-day thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns. That experience transformed the way she understood herself and gave her a deeper appreciation for how awareness creates freedom. She believes that when people understand the "why" behind their patterns, they gain the agency to make healthier, more intentional choices moving forward.

As a coach, Paula creates a space where clients feel safe, seen, and genuinely known. She combines curiosity, compassion, thoughtful questions, and honest feedback to help clients explore how their past continues to influence the way they lead, relate, communicate, and respond to life's challenges. Whether coaching leaders through professional growth or individuals pursuing personal transformation, Paula's desire is to help clients increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional intelligence, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Paula believes lasting transformation begins by understanding the deeper story beneath our behaviors. Rather than focusing solely on external change, she helps clients recognize the beliefs, protective patterns, and relational experiences that have shaped their lives so they can move forward with greater freedom, confidence, and hope.

Her Christian faith is central to both her life and coaching. She believes true transformation is rooted in understanding our identity as people who are fully known, deeply loved, and continually invited into greater freedom through Christ.

Paula earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Stephen F. Austin State University and completed graduate studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. She is also certified in Personal Training and the Biomechanics of Strength Training through Cooper Clinic in Dallas. Outside of coaching, Paula enjoys studying Scripture, working out, traveling, spending time with family, investing in meaningful conversations, cheering on her four children, and serving wherever God leads.
