  • Certified Story Work Coach

  • Master’s Degree in Education

Sarah Campbell,., is a story work coach who is passionate about helping people reconnect with who they are, rediscover their voice, and move toward deeper connection with God, themselves, and others. She especially enjoys working with women, parents, and individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stagnant, or uncertain of their identity and purpose in the middle of life’s demands and relationships.

Sarah brings a calming and relational presence to the coaching process that helps people feel safe enough to slow down, tell the truth about their story, and move toward healing without shame. She has a natural ability to help others feel at ease in her presence, creating space for honesty, vulnerability, and meaningful self-awareness.

Her passion for coaching grew out of her own personal journey through grief, loss, and learning to move beyond patterns of hiding and coping. Through exploring her own story, Sarah discovered how much unresolved pain and protective patterns can shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. That experience created a deep desire to help others find greater freedom in the present by becoming curious about the experiences that shaped them in the past.

Sarah feels especially equipped to help people navigate parenting challenges, relational struggles, and the tension of balancing work, family, and personal well-being. Her heart is to help clients grow in emotional awareness, healthier connection, and a deeper understanding of their God given identity so they can live with greater clarity, intention, and freedom.
